Youth 9-10 will fit a womens Small or Medium because of the style.

Fabric content: 100% virgin wool. Fully lined. 

Light expected wear consistent with age. No large stains or holes, but some light fading behind the neck (on the inside), normal discoloring on the lining (shown in photos) and some wear on arm hole seams (shown in photos).

 Also, please note, bottom button is different from the others! I would recommend removing the top button and replacing it at the bottom but I'll let her new owner decide. :)
